My name is Eddie Hahlbeck, and I founded HireHouse to help cleaning businesses hire better employees without spending countless hours sorting through resumes, chasing no-shows, or constantly scrambling to fill open positions. After working with service businesses for more than a decade, I saw the same problem over and over again: owners struggling to find reliable employees while also keeping up with clients, schedules, and the demands of running a business.
